How far in advance do I need to order invitations?

You should contact us approximately 4-6 months prior to your wedding date.  Bring color swatches, theme or anything else you think may help in the design of your invitations.

 

For other invitations, it's best to contact us at least 2-4 months prior to the event date.

 

How many invitations should I order?

The general rule of thumb is to take your guest list, divide by two and add approximately 15 invitations.  It is good to order more in case you need to send out additional invitations later or keep them as keepsakes.  A great suggestion is to create your guest list in an Excel file so you will know exactly how much you will need.  How much you order is ultimately up to you and what is within your budget.

 

I need to send out my invitations soon! Do you offer rush turnarounds?

We are here to help make your event as special as can be.  We will try our best to accommodate orders needed within three week or less.  However, rush orders will be charged a $75 rush fee.

 

I don't live in Hawaii.  Can I still order invitations?

Absolutely! Digital Proofs can be sent via email so you do not need to be present for the invitation process.  We can mail your final invitations to you via USPS.  Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the final invoice.

 

I just noticed a mistake on my digital proof.  Is it too late to make a change to the document?

Changes may be made up until production without incurring any additional costs.  Once the Digital Proof Acceptance paperwork is signed, any changes that occur after will be charged appropriately.

 

I didn't order enough invitations! Can I order more?

You may order additional invitations at any time; however, there will be additional charges.  It is highly recommend ordering more at the beginning of the process but understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur.
